Clara Budd

Regional Manager, NZ

Clara is a founding partner and leads the experienced workplace health team at Vitality Works New Zealand. Her passion drives her to make Vitality Works the forefront experts of the employee health and productivity. Clara works closely with her expert team to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

Louise Schofield

Dr Louise Schofield, PhD

Group Innovation Manager

Louise is qualified and experienced in public health and workplace health and wellness. Louise specialises in developing wellness interventions that achieve sustainable behavioural change. She is the author of several international research papers and a regular speaker at national and international conferences


Cathy Mcdonald

Executive General Manager – Health & Wellbeing Services

Cathy has worked for Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing – Australia and New Zealand’s largest health food company – for the past 24 years, where she is currently Executive General Manager of Health & Wellbeing Services. In this role, Cathy is the Executive General Manager of Vitality Works; a significant player in the Workplace Health market across Australia, and New Zealand.

Brendon Blanchard

Brendon Blanchard

Senior Partner

Brendon managed and implemented health, wellness and injury prevention programmes to major Australian mining, construction and oil and gas companies. He returned home with a wealth of experience which he has been sharing with a number of NZ’s largest companies.


Rachael Smith

Business Development Manager

Rachael Smith is our Business Development Manager for New Zealand. She has a broad range of experience including corporate health and wellbeing, over 10 years with Qantas. Rachael has also completed rowing at an elite level for national and New Zealand in sweep oar and sculling.


Kerry Palmer

Senior Partner

Kerry comes from an extensive recruitment and account management background and has a passion for health and wellbeing.  She listens to her clients and loves motivating and educating them about how to create and maintain a healthy workforce so they can realize their fullest potential.  Kerry is a mum of three young children trying to practise what she preaches about work/life integration!  Did anyone say coffee?


Paula Ross

Senior Partner

Paula’s passion, sense of humour and pragmatic approach, has seen her become a respected member of our team.  Her principles of honesty, reliability and ensuring customer service are of an exceptional standard. She also manages the resourcing of our consultants across New Zealand.

Tracy has a strong background in fitness and health promotion and has been working in the corporate health and wellness for the past 5 years. Tracy works closely with the service delivery team to support the team to provide outstanding customer service.

Ulrika’s background is in IT journalism and media production, with over 10 years’ experience in online publishing. Ulrika is also a group exercise instructor with a passion for motivating and inspiring people to lead healthy lives.

Rachel has a real passion for the health and wellness industry and as the Senior Thrive Specialist she is responsible for ensuring our clients are engaged in successful team wellbeing challenges. Over the years Rachel has been the catalyst for many amazing success stories. This is what motivates her to get out of bed each day!


Hannah Lawrence, MSc

Thrive Specialist

Hannah works with our clients to co-ordinate fun, team wellbeing challenges. She has completed a Masters in Nutrition and has experience working both as a nutritional consultant and in public health promotion. Hannah combines her passion, knowledge and experience to implement programs that encourage sustainable behaviour change.

Karen experience working onsite with clients delivering our services has given her a great perspective in understand our clients’ needs. Her expertise in implementing our programs such as employee health checks, nutrition consultations and one-on-one health coaching makes her invaluable to our clients.

Nicole has been working in the health and wellness sector for the past 6 years and enjoys helping others towards better health. She works closely with clients to implement the Occupational Health Services in the Central/Southern Region of New Zealand.

Teresa has 18 years’ experience. In her role with Vitality Works Teresa is excited to combine her experience of making an office run smoothly and learn the benefits of healthy eating and exercise in a work place.

Chloe Gibson

Assess and Prevent, Injury Prevention Services

Chloe has a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise.  During her 5 years at VitalityWorks she has held a few different roles and has a vast knowledge of our full spectrum of health and wellness services. She is currently responsible for managing health consultants nationwide and organising workplace assessments and Safespine workshops.

Sofie has a strong background in Sport, Exercise and Nutrition. She is responsible for managing health consultants nationwide and organising workplace assessments and Safespine workshops. She has previously worked in all areas of Vitality Works’ Assess & Prevent services including Health Checks/monitoring, Safespine & Workspace assessments.

Karen Barson-Wright

Human Resources Partner – Health & Wellbeing Services

Karen has worked for Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing – Australia and New Zealand’s largest health food company – for six years. Karen has over twenty five years’ experience in Human Resources across a wide range of industries from Professional Services to the not-for-profit sector. Karen brings this knowledge and experience to her role as People and Culture Business Partner for Health and Wellbeing where she is able to exercise her passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Sam is a senior commercial finance professional with over 13 years’ experience. Sam has had broad exposure to various industries; covering all aspects of finance, business integrations and strategic plans.
