Business Manager, NZ

Brendon has a vast amount of experience managing and implementing health, wellness and injury prevention programs across Australia and New Zealand. As the New Zealand Business Manager Brendon leads his expert health team ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

Clara Budd

Dr Clara Budd, PhD

Australia New Zealand Business Manager

Clara is a founding partner and leads the experienced workplace health team in Australia and New Zealand. Her passion drives her to make Vitality Works the forefront experts of employee health and productivity. Understanding all aspects of our business, Clara is able to lead a team that strives to partner with employers that want their employees to be safe, healthy and thriving in life.


Cathy McDonald

Executive General Manager – Health & Wellbeing Services

Cathy has worked for Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing – Australia and New Zealand’s largest health food company – for the past 24 years, where she is currently Executive General Manager of Health & Wellbeing Services. In this role, Cathy is the Executive General Manager of Vitality Works; a significant player in the Workplace Health market across Australia, and New Zealand.

Louise Schofield

Dr Louise Schofield, PhD

Group Innovation Manager

Louise is qualified and experienced in public health and workplace health and wellness. Louise specialises in developing wellness interventions that achieve sustainable behavioural change. She is the author of several international research papers and a regular speaker at national and international conferences


Rachael Smith

Business Development Manager

Rachael Smith is our Business Development Manager for New Zealand. She has a broad range of experience including corporate health and wellbeing, over 10 years with Qantas. Rachael has also completed rowing at an elite level for national and New Zealand in sweep oar and sculling.


Ben Tootill

Senior Partner

Ben has worked in client account management and partnership roles for over 13 years, he has a background in Coaching & Training and is currently undertaking study in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing. Ben is passionate about Wellbeing and its connection to engagement and performance in the workplace and enjoys partnering with Vitality Works clients, providing solutions that produce positive and lasting change.


Nicole Morrison

Client Partner

Nicole has been working in the health and wellness industry for several years and is very passionate about helping others towards a happier, healthier lifestyle. She works closely with our clients to deliver exceptional services and understands the importance of having healthy employees to produce a thriving business.

Tracy has a strong background in fitness and health promotion and has been working in the corporate health and wellness for the past 5 years. Tracy works closely with the service delivery team to support the team to provide outstanding customer service.

Chloe has been with Vitality Works since 2012 and has worked in several roles during that time. She has a vast knowledge of our full spectrum of health and wellness services which helps her to produce meaningful and insightful reports for our clients.

Jane has a number of years’ experience implementing health, wellness and injury prevention programmes to major NZ companies. Jane is passionate about educating employees on how to reduce their risks related to workplace injury and disease.

Sarah Harmer

Sarah Harmer, BSc (Psych)

Wellbeing and Engagement Specialist

Before specializing in Workplace Wellbeing, Sarah held Human Resources Management roles in both the public and private sector. She holds qualifications in exercise science, health, fitness, psychology and HR Management. She is currently completing her Post Graduate studies in Public Health in which she has a special interest in the work factors that enhance wellbeing. Sarah runs our fatigue management and mental health and resilience program for leaders.

Dan has spent a number of years in the health and wellbeing industry helping individuals strive toward better health. Dan combines his experience in the industry with his creative strengths to develop content and innovate programs that assist people in making positive lasting changes to their health and wellbeing.


Ulrika Ballinger

Hub Specialist

Ulrika’s background is in IT journalism and media production, with over 10 years’ experience in online publishing. Ulrika is also a group exercise instructor with a passion for motivating and inspiring people to lead healthy lives.


Rachel Oscilowski

Senior Thrive Specialist

Rachel has a real passion for the health and wellness industry and as the Senior Thrive Specialist she is responsible for ensuring our clients are engaged in successful team wellbeing challenges. Over the years Rachel has been the catalyst for many amazing success stories. This is what motivates her to get out of bed each day!


Joanna Horan

Digital Services Coordinator
Joanna works with our clients to co-ordinate fun, team wellbeing challenges. She has completed a Bachelor in Physical Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Analysis, working with Professional Netball Teams. Combining her passion and knowledge to implement programs that encourage sustainable behaviour change.

Digital Services Coordinator
Lesh has over 20 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing industry, which includes her experience as a pharmacist, medical writer, food coach, and digital content creator and editor. Lesh is passionate about holistic health, which she believes is gained through self-awareness.


Tanya Smith

Digital Services IT Support

Tanya has experience working in Information Technology support across several industries for more than 10 years. Tanya also has a Science degree and is fascinated by the interaction between diet, micro-organisms, and human health.

Karen experience working onsite with clients delivering our services has given her a great perspective in understand our clients’ needs. Her expertise in implementing our programs such as employee health checks, nutrition consultations and one-on-one health coaching makes her invaluable to our clients.

Tom comes from a sports physiology and health science background, and is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of others. When not out surfing, Tom facilitates the implementation of the Occupational Health Services in the Central/Southern Region of New Zealand.

Teresa has more than 18 years administration experience. Teresa started with Vitality Works as the Team Assistant and is now part of the Assess and Prevent Team looking after the Pre-Employment service that we offer our clients.


Tayler Gall

Assess and Prevent, Injury Prevention Services

Tayler has developed a passion for health and wellbeing through her studies and participation in sport for most of her life. New to the wellness industry, she is currently responsible for managing health consultants nationwide and organising workplace assessments and Safespine workshops.


Sofie Falck

Assess and Prevent Specialist (Maternity Leave)

Sofie has a strong background in Sport, Exercise and Nutrition. She is responsible for managing health consultants nationwide and organising workplace assessments and Safespine workshops. She has previously worked in all areas of Vitality Works’ Assess & Prevent services including Health Checks/monitoring, Safespine & Workspace assessments.


Anna Dargan

WorkStation Assessment Specialist

Anna has an enthusiastic attitude and is passionate about physical health and wellbeing. With her knowledge in occupational therapy, she aims to promote health by creating a safe, productive working environment and catering to individual needs. Anna believes in taking a holistic approach to health and loves helping people make positive changes in their lives.

Karen has worked for Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing – Australia and New Zealand’s largest health food company – for six years. Karen has over twenty five years’ experience in Human Resources across a wide range of industries from Professional Services to the not-for-profit sector. Karen brings this knowledge and experience to her role as People and Culture Business Partner for Health and Wellbeing where she is able to exercise her passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Sam is a senior commercial finance professional with over 13 years’ experience. Sam has had broad exposure to various industries; covering all aspects of finance, business integrations and strategic plans. Sam is passionate about health and wellbeing and making a positive difference to people’s lives.

Senior Accountant

Dee is a senior finance professional with 8 years’ experience across various industries; with a primary focus in the health & wellbeing industry in the last 4 years. Dee is enthusiastic about health & wellbeing and making a positive difference to people’s lives.
