Clara Soper, PhD
Managing Director
Dr Clara Soper is qualified and experienced in Sport and Exercise Science. Clara is a founding partner and leads the experienced workplace health team at Vitality Works. She has a real passion for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of our clients' workplace wellness programs. Clara reviews and evaluates latest health research keeping Vitality Works at the forefront of the employee health and productivity industry. Clara works closely with her expert team to ensure that Vitality Works is renowned for its excellent customer service. Clara enjoys a nice glass of wine and socialising with friends.

Louise Schofield, PhD
Director
Dr Louise Schofield is qualified and experienced in public health and workplace health and wellness. Louise specialises in developing wellness interventions that achieve sustainable behavioural change, and is a founder of Vitality Works. She is the author of several international research papers and a regular speaker at national and international conferences. Louise works closely with many of Vitality Works long standing clients such as North Shore City Council and Waitemata District Health Board. One of her favourite things is spending summer evenings at the beach participating in the beach series (swimming and running races) with her husband Grant and three sons.

Brad Booysen
Business Manager
Brad has over 10 years of experience in the engineering industry and has held various roles in business development and business management. Brad has a real passion for health and wellness and coupled with his business experience is able to work closely with clients to develop a solution that is tailored to their specific needs. Brad’s role is to manage new business opportunities and to enhance current client relationships by working closely with the key account managers. Brad is also a keen triathlete competing at both short and long distance events.

Claire Duncumb, MSC
Clinical Health & Nutrition Specialist
Claire is a qualified Nutritionist with a degree in sport and exercise science and a masters degree in nutritional science. She has a background in physical activity and health promotion and is highly experienced in research project management. Claire oversees health check services and Vitality Work’s weight loss programme, the Power of 3. She guides and motivates clients on a daily basis to eat well, move more and achieve their health and weight loss goals.

Dee Hunter
Key Account Manager
Dee has 14 years of experience in the Corporate Telecommunications industry and held senior roles in category and product management and in the retail channel management sector. Dee is passionate about behavioural change, running workshops and one on one coaching. Dee works closely with many of our clients including Telecom, Kiwi Rail and Bluebird ensuring there is high staff engagement in their wellness programmes. Dee is also our smoking cessation coach in Vitality Works' smoking cessation programme - That's It I Quit.

Katie Robinson, PhD
Key Account Manager
Katie has a background in science, and gained a PhD from Imperial College in London. She has experience as an intellectual property advisor and more recently in research commercialisation. In her role with Vitality Works Katie is thrilled to be able to combine her interest in health and exercise with her expertise in client relationships and account management. Katie's clients include North Shore City Council, O-I New Zealand, A J Park, AgResearch and Manukau Water. Katie is a keen sportsperson and really enjoys off road running.

Sue has extensive sales and marketing experience in the Advertising and Medical industries as well as being a registered nurse. Her strong relationship and account management skills and her passion for health and fitness combine to help achieve great outcomes for her clients. Office Manager
Nadine has a wealth of experience as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager. She also holds a Bachelor of Physical Education & Diploma in Teaching. In her role with Vitality Works Nadine is delighted to be able to combine her love of organising within a business that inspires health and wellbeing in people's lives.

Karen Dickinson, BSc
Health Professional/Nutritionist
Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree specialising in nutrition from Massey University. She works onsite with many of Vitality Works clients delivering our services, which include conducting employee health checks, nutrition consultations and one-on-one health coaching. Karen says 'people tend to start off with great intentions when they set health goals, but the challenge is continuing them and creating healthy habits that stick'. Nutrition seemed like a natural career for Karen with the ever-increasing awareness of eating well and how nutrition can enhance your health and wellbeing.
Liam Scopes BSc, Pg Dip Health
Exercise Physiologist/Health and Wellness Professional
Liam holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Auckland University, and a postgraduate diploma in Health Science, specialising in Cardiac Rehabilitation. As well as having worked in the Auckland Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic, he has been actively involved in the area of corporate health and wellness for several years, and is therefore able to offer a combination of academic knowledge and personal hands-on experience. Liam is an elite triathlete and spends up to six months of the year racing professionally on the International and European circuits, which allows him to bring a unique perspective of health and fitness to clients.
Bevan McKinnon
Personal Trainer / Health and Wellness
Bevan is a qualified strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and holds a SFRITO certificate in sport (level II). Along with representing New Zealand at an elite sports level he has extensive experience working in the health and fitness industry with both children and adults. As a health and wellness consultant, Bevan's strong relationship skills, humour and enthusiasm ensure that he is a natural motivator in your workplace initiatives.

Professor Grant Schofield
Director, Centre for Physical Activity and Nutrition Research, AUT University
Dr Grant Schofield takes a leadership role within Vitality Works in developing innovative and evidence based programmes and services. He specifically works with Vitality Works clients in the areas of Health and Productivity Management and employee stress and resiliency. Dr Schofield is Professor and Director of the
Centre for Physical Activity and Nutrition Research at The Auckland University of Technology and has extensive experience in physical activity health promotion, the psychology of physical activity, and overweight/obesity research. Grant is a leading researcher within New Zealand and a very entertaining and informative public speaker.
Nikki Hart
Nutritionist
Nikki is a leading New Zealand nutritionist with over 15 years consulting experience.
To emphasize the importance of health promotion Nikki hosted her own TV series 'Eat Yourself Whole' in 2005, 'The Fat Chance' in 2006 and created her website
www.nikkihartnutrition.co.nz. She has been the nutrition presenter for TV3 – Sunrise, The Good Morning Show and 'Test the Nation'.
Nikki writes a weekly nutrition column in the New Idea magazine and features in other publications.
Nikki has worked with Vitality Works for many years and her nutrition knowledge and seminar delivery is highly sought after amongst our clients.
Libby Graves
Occupational Health and Safety
Libby is a registered nurse with a post graduate diploma in health science who has specialized in the field of occupational health for the past thirteen years. She has provided occupational health and safety services for prominent New Zealand organizations such as Auckland District Health Board, North Shore City Council, Westpac and TVNZ. Libby has worked closely with Vitality Works for many years and her occupational health and safety expertise is highly sought after by our clients. Libby is now the director of her own company, Health on the Job. Through Health on the Job Libby provides a full range of occupational health services including policy and procedure development.
