My Health Check™ inclusions

Staff participating in the My Health Check™ procedure complete a comprehensive health risk questionnaire and receive a personal stress status rating. A range of blood and anthropometrical measures are taken and other health measures such as hearing or vision tests can be included as required. All participants receive a valuable one-on-one coaching session with a Vitality Works health professional at the conclusion their assessment.
